heavy hearts don’t move fast

here’s how i learned to put mine down.

there was a time i used to wake up with a knot in my chest.
not because of anything happening that day…
but because of the weight i carried all alone (so i thought).

you know the feeling.
the weight of being behind.
the weight of expectations.
the weight of knowing you could be more, but not seeing it yet.

i remember scrolling, comparing myself to everyone else.
thinking: “damn, they figured it out already. why not me?”

and instead of building, i was breaking myself down.
not with mistakes, not with failure.
but with with doubt and hesitation.

what changed everything wasn’t a new “strategy.”
or a new calling or a some secret sauce i found.

it was realizing i was never meant to carry the weight alone.

when i started praying more than i scrolled,
when i started creating instead of consuming,
when i started cutting the noise and focusing on the mission and the signal,

i started breathing again.

we chase success like it’s oxygen.
but success doesn’t save you.

clarity does.
discipline does.
faith does.

the moment i stopped carrying everything by myself,

that’s when momentum came.
that’s when intredis was born.
that’s when my vision became bigger than my fear.

i don’t know what you’re carrying right now.
maybe it’s regret.
maybe it’s fear.
maybe it’s the pressure of trying to be perfect before you even begin.

but let me say this:
you don’t have to carry it all alone and you never do.

you don’t need the perfect plan.
you don’t need the perfect timing.

you need to start.
you need to move.
and you need to trust that the work, the discipline, the faith…

they won’t let you down.

today’s not about being “ready.”
today’s about being willing.

because the weight feels lighter when you move with purpose.
and every step you take with clarity is a step closer to who you were built to become.

so ask yourself:
what weight are you still carrying?
and what’s the first step you can take to finally set it down?

once you figure out yourself and answer these questions, you’ll feel a lot better than you think i promise. whether the answers are positive or negative.

breathe.
focus.
move.
